After our first 3 nights I would have very easily have rated everything perfect. Then the strange parking problem (see "didn't like" below) started. Other than that everything remained perfect.

Stayed here because the pictures of the property were nice. Close to the venue for the concert my daughter and her friend were going to. Also, a heated pool for my son to swim in which at 3- 4 1/2 ft was perfect for us. As we arrived the lady at the front desk was warm and inviting. Making sure we felt at home and having everything we needed. The room exceeded our expectations. A full kitchenette with 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch. The shower was also a decent size. The heater worked great as well. We were aware of breakfast being included, but appetizers before dinner was a nice surprise as well. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

The suite was clean. The living room area and the bed were very comfortable. I wish we had stayed there longer so we could have made full use of the kitchenette, which looked convenient.

We stayed in a king suite. We were surprised to see a kitchen! What an added bonus! The room included a king sized bed, a sofa bed, ottoman & a desk. Plenty of room! In my opinion, the decor (choice of colors used & furniture) made the hotel look very elegant. The staff was very nice & attentive. The breakfast had a nice variety of food & drink. The hotel had a pool; a little smaller than a regular pool but my family still enjoyed it. Free parking. The hotel was close to our destinations; we went to Ikea and COSI (no more than 20 mins away).

I really liked this hotel. We came in late and left early, though, so I can't say too much. We were on a 17-hour drive and decided last minute late at night to stop. I was glad we did. The bed was comfortable. The TV swiveled well to the sofa and bed (studio suite). I honestly can't remember much, but I do remember telling my husband that I liked the room. I liked the decor in our room.. the colors. It looked sharp. The breakfast was great... and the round booth with the tall back (it might've gone up to the ceiling.. can't remember) for privacy that we sat in. The only thing I'd suggest is chocolate chips for the waffles... but that's just me being picky because it was more than adequate. Some guy was overly complaining about something really ridiculous to the guy at the front desk, but the receptionist kept his cool and was kind under the pressure as far as I could see.

the lobby & amenities were really nice. bed was comfortable. glad toothpaste was provided upon request since we forgot ours

I had booked this last minute because the EXTENDED STAY HOTEL that I had reservations with HAD NOBODY TENDING THE CHECK IN DESK FOR 25 MINUTES so I booked this while standing in the EXTENDED STAY LOBBY! Even though this hotel did not normally allow pets, they let us stay anyway for a very small cleaning fee because we were tired, frustrated with EXTENDED STAY HOTEL, and needed the rest! They went above and beyond to accommodate our need! The room was huge (Suite) equipped with everything. It was very clean, and had the most comfortable bed that I had slept in in a week! THANK YOU

Breakfast was good.The usual! I Didn't really have time to eat much unfortunately but it looked good! Millie was phenomenal and a lot of fun to talk to! Very knowledgeable! Staff were very polite. Place was in a perfect location to the rugby fields n every where we were going. Place was quiet, comfortable and very cozy!
